You don't understand, do you.... We've evolved from 'pre-humans'. The creature we evolved from obviously doesn't exist anymore. Chimps and humans have differentiated millions of years ago, and chimps will never evolve into humans.

Besides, do you think tomorrow morning, in some jungle in Africa, a Human will magically be born to some ape? Evolution takes millions of years. No one could ever 'see' evolution take place. That's why it's called a theory, not because it might be wrong, but because we can't see it happen in front of us. If we were to notice a change in our lifetime, that's called mutation, and it's a totally different thing.
