foliar feeding
i am currently in vegetative state and am aware my soil may be capable of locking out nutrients from the roots. so i was wondering a little bit about foliar feeding. i have jacks classics 20-20-20 for my nutrient solution. i was wondering if this would be a good source to spray my leaves.
also how much should i use in a spray bottle full of water
and how often should i applyOaklandCA420 Reviewed by OaklandCA420 on . foliar feeding i am currently in vegetative state and am aware my soil may be capable of locking out nutrients from the roots. so i was wondering a little bit about foliar feeding. i have jacks classics 20-20-20 for my nutrient solution. i was wondering if this would be a good source to spray my leaves. also how much should i use in a spray bottle full of water and how often should i apply Rating: 5

I would recommend using 1/2 to 1/4 strength to foliar feed.... it should tell you amounts you can use on the back of the label, using a hand spray bottle can get tiring so invest in a pressurized pump sprayer... also invest in a PPM meter it will help you know what the waters like that comes out of your tap.. a good rule is to allow your water you will use to sit in an open container for 6-8 hours than the chlorine will evaporate....

Aren't you in that MG Garden Soil? Foliar feeding won't compensate for the low ph issue, but it might be a temporary band-aid to a growing problem. (a false sence of security) Sorry, but you'll still pay the price if you don't rectify the potting soil situation and transplant asap.
When asking these questions, it's best to explain WHY you are asking the questions. I happened to just get done re-reading one of your other posts, (plant needs help) and stumbled upon this one. Pretending the Garden Soil issue doesn't exist is folly, as the rootball isn't so easily fooled. It'll still be locking-out moisture and nutrients, which can stress her to the point of nanners and death. And once she stops uptaking moisture, the pot stays too damp for too long, and root rot is not far away.

fuck. i added perlite and noticed a dramatic change in the moisture problem though. i hate transplanting because no matter how far i dig to the bottom i always hear roots snap. and yes i do have the mg garden soil.
