This is such a knee-jerk reaction that it's not even funny. I live near and work in Fresno. My dispensary is in a Fresno County island. The problem is when people grow a 10ft tall plant behind a 6' tall fence. You have dozens of plants that are sticking up 4' above the fence. What the hell do you think is going to happen? The shooting near Roeding Park was unfortunate, but please! If you are dumb enough to grow 10' tall plants behind a 6' tall fence across the street from the central valley's largest and most popular zoo and park, you can't complain when you draw everyone's attention. There is no way of telling how many cannabis users drove by this man's house and saw the plants over the fence. I think it would be safe to assume several thousand, before some idiot decided to try to take what didn't belong to them. I think both parties share the blame for the shooting.
