what kind/amount of light did the supplier have them under?imho 2"-3" is to close for a freshly rooted clone , even a T12 should be at least 6" away for the first day or two, a T8 8" to 10" from the top of your babies.i am referring to a two bulb shop light of course , if there are more than two bulbs in your fixture move it even further away.when the plants start showing healthy growth again then it is safe to increase the light level .
