My thoughts on the Extreme-Q Vaporizer

    Hi everybody!

Don't usually post here much but I finally stepped into the world of vaping and I have to say I'm not turning back.

As you can tell this is the first vape I've ever owned but I have used a friends vape that was a box-whip style but it doesn't compare.

I was going to end up getting a silver surfer or dabuddha until I called up a local headshop and he recommended if I'm going to spend in the $200+ range I might as well get the Extreme-Q Vaporizer. I mean the other choices would be great but I'm very happy I went with this one. I managed to get it for only $200 which I think is a great price. Some stores have it for $300 in some places.

This is the only vaporizer that can do both whip style and bag style. I thought I wouldn't like using the bag style but oh boy was I wrong. It's awesome. This thing comes with a remote so I can sit back on my coach, power on my vaporizer with remote, set the temp. and wait for it to heat up. Have the bag in place and when it's done heating up I can grab my remote and hit the fan button to let it fill up the balloon. It's such a nice relaxing experience.

The unit itself isn't the best looking to some people but I like it. It's nice and durable and made of quality parts. The LCD is very nice and clear. I should also say the remote is very responsive.

The amount of accessories that come with this thing is great. You get extra screens, glass tubes, plastic tubes and what not. They were definitely generous.

Like every vaporizer you have to find what temps work for you and was I figured it out HOLY CRAP did I get HIGH. I used the bag technique and had it fill up and inhaled all the vapor. WOW it's such a cerebral high that creeps on you. You don't get that burnt out feeling, at least not as close as much as smoking the weed. The vapor itself taste great (especially when u get the right temp) and its just awesome to inhale vapor. You know how it's fun to inhale and play with smoke? Well with vapor it just feels very light like air, misty, magical kind of feel.

It's really nice knowing I'm not breathing nearly as close as the bad stuff as I was before. Vaporizing is the future. People need to jump on bored it just makes sense not to burn up your weed by smoking as well as put bad chemicals in you!

If anyone is in the market for getting a vaporizer that does the bag technique I HIGHLY recommend this one. If going for any vaporizer in the $200 price range I would definitely recommend this one. It just has an all-around great package with a lot of features and doesn't lack in quality. I also know the company that makes this has a 5 star customer service rating. Great product! Any questions ask me.

oh and saving the leftover vaped weed for some cannabutter is an awesome add to the whole vaping experience

Nice review mate. I'm definitely thinking about buying a vape and spending some decent money on it. It look likes you've found a nice vape, I'm glad to see you're happy with your buy. I also like the design too, seems quite futuristic.
All in all good review, quite informative. Thanks for sharing

Yeah no problem. If you're going for only whip style (inhaling with a tube connected to vape) I'd highly recommend da buddha or silver surfer and wouldn't look anywhere else. Made by the same company also.

You can get da buddha on ebay for $150-155 shipped. I also found the silver surfer's for $199 + shipping also on ebay. Most places have them for $270-299. BUT if you want the bag option as well others I recommend Extreme-Q vape, haven't seen one bad review about it and it mostly gets 5/5 rating.

I bought an extreme about 3-4 years ago and love it. I have had others but the extreme out does them all. Mine stop working about 6 months ago. I emailed Arizer (on a Saturday) and they replied within an hour. I was told "no problem, just mail it to us with your info." Two weeks later I received:thumbsup: a brand new one.

I just got my Extreme Q in today's mail. Can't wait to heat-er-up tonight! I was using a cheap Chinese vape that qualified as a soldering iron in a box. The Extreme Q has a superb build quality and the remote IS righteous. This will be my first experience with a bag vape. I'll post some impressions once the herb has browned....

Except that the electronics are included in the vapor path. Other than that, the E is a good dual mode vape. If you're not really interested in bag use though, an analog whip model like the DBV is a better performer, hit wise, and more reliable long term, with no digital circuitry involved. The 7th Floor vapes also restrict the vapor path to just the heater cover as well.
