oxycodone, morphine, codeine, hydrocodone, oxymorphone, methadone, heroin, naloxone, there's an endless list of drugs that are all from the same plant, the opium poppy...different chemical alterations do different things, for example, naloxone reverses the effects of morphine and heroin overdoses by blocking receptors instead of enhancing them like the others do...it's a group of drugs called opiates, or narcotic painkillers...opium itself (the kind you smoke from the plant) is actually a natural combination of morphine, codeine and two other chemicals that can be separated out the way pharmaceutical labs do...

these syntheses even go so far as to derive dextromethorphan (common cough medicine OTC) from morphine...

Vicodin/oxycod I recently remembered i had some leftover pain pills from when i've had various operations etc. I have atleast 9 oxycods and some other generic vicodins etc. First time user that's never taken these, what's a good way to take and dosage? Also, there's one problem, they're a few years old, and I was wondering if they are still OK to take, and by a few years old, I mean they're from '03 and '04 Rating: 5
