ok, they're cool, i'd prolly take 2 of the oxys, if you've taken it before, i normally take 20 mgs of the vicodin...which would be 4 of those, but you may want to start with 2 and wait a while before taking more...start really low with the oxys, actually take one and wait 30 minutes before deciding to take another, purely because i've known of people to have bad reactions to it and not vicodin... as always, DON'T take them on an empty stomach because you can get nauseated...i like to swallow them on a relatively empty stomach and then chase it with a piece of bread and maybe a drink of milk, this way they rapidly dissolve and absorb at the bottom of your stomach while being coated from the bread and milk...drink lots of water, it'll get 'em on through your system...if you've taken the oxys 1 at a time for the pain, then i think you'll be safe with 2 or 3 if you've never experienced terribly bad reactions...they will make you itch, that doesn't necessarily mean you're allergic, good painkillers always do that...i find that i can take 50 or 60 mg of oxycodone and be ok (that's a lot of those pills you have though, and they have tylenol so don't try that high a dose, 20 mg at the most, 4 pills)...whereas I can only take 20 to 25 mg of vicodin before i start feeling nauseated...

so just take it slow, one or two at a time, let it take effect before to decide to take more...don't exceed more than 4 or 5 of each pill because of the tylenol, it causes liver damage...
