Some guy patented a dna marker and installed it into his plants dna structure and someone stole some of the plants...years later the police did a raid and found the strain with the patented dna markers in it...obviously these were clones of the plants taken...seems a montsano type system of claiming others took/stole your property and you are damaged thereby...
