Ya, I think they are in Holland, and their plants seem to be tailor made for european and maybe canadian pharma cos.
really not worried about this invading the US, and frankly I think theyd want to keep a lid on their genes.

I dont think some of you understand. This is how easy it will be to make all us farmers 20 dollar bag buyers.
"The object is to patent up every possible combination of cannabinoids and terpenes with efficacy for every possible disease they can treat, and every possible genetic sequence! Once ready to make the move, they will shut down every medical cannabis grower for patent fraud"
If you dont believe they can and will do this, I can tell you first hand, anyone under 35 years old has not tasted a true heirloom tomato or corn.
The veggies dont taste anywhere as fresh or sweet as when I was a kid...its too bad, because for alot of you "kids" you dont/wont know the difference. You can thank companies like Mansanto for this.....and as a kid, I didnt believe they could do this either.

how do you patent up gene sequences without using your own genes that you own?
How do you do this in the USA where they wont accept any patents on cannabis?
