    Filtered water

OK, so some leaf tips are turning like a bronze color as well as some bronze spots on the leaves themselves. I read in the m/j bible that means too much chlorine. I was wondering if using filtered water, like from the fridge, would be better than regular tap water?

Usually that's a sign of nutrient burn (too many nutrients). I use tap water all the time and it doesn't cause the same effect on my leaves.

I've included a picture of nutrient burn for your reference. If you have the same problem, I recommend feeding the plants with just plain pH'ed water for a few days then slowly re-introducing your nutrients.

Well I havent added any nutes to my water, just plain tap water. It could be the OFFF soil that I use. I hear its quite hot for seedlings.

Those small refrigerator water filters won't do much if anything. By simply leaving your water out for a day or two the chlorine will exaporate all by itself. I would fill water jugs about 85% full. More water surface area means more evaporation.
