GROOM BUDS?

High All, hope everyones weekend is going well! I have only one grow going and its my 1st! I'm a rookie with capital letters!! my question is when the buds are flowering, do you trim the leaves that are growing out of the bud? like the pics below I'm asking mostly about the leaves that pop out of the bud stem and all, not necessarily the little leaves that are all over the bud??

In the 1st and 3rd pics, you can see a leave and its stem poping out, those are what I'm asking about? I'm sure its a dumb question but I want this grow to keep going as well as possible, thanks.:jointsmile:

no dont trim anything you could put it in shock and it could take weeks to recover

During the vegetative cycle you can prune and trim as much as you want. When the plant is flowering, it is best to leave it alone. You should only pull off the leaves the are yellow and dieing. 2 days before harvest it is best to stress the plant a little bit though. It will help a little bit with the resin production. I stop watering the plant and pick off the bigger fan leaves 2 days before harvest. This also makes your drying and curing process smoother.
