A very wise woman told me once when I was down, and counting all the fucked up things in my life - She simply said "Count your blessings". She then told me to go home and write out a list of all the blessings I had in my life. I did. It made me stop. It made me wonder why I hadn't thought of them before. Blessings. We all have them. We just need to remind ourselves from time to time.
A simple thought, but a good reminder.

Try it.
Make the list.
Don't give up.
