Legislature fine-tunes police laws-Constitutional Ammendment proposed
Don't see where this really accomplishes anything. A judge already has the ability to detain someone who is a potential threat to society, he ca also raise the bail so high as to make it impossible for most to bail out. I'm not really in favor of extended benefits for spouses. We don't do it for our own soldiers so don't see why we should do it for the police, danger comes with the job.
