goin from memory here. You really do need to contact a lawyer on these issues for clarification of your specific rights.

A caregiver must be 18 years of age or older.

A minor over 16 can be issued a card if they have a qualifying condition, their parents permission, and 2 doctors make the recommendation. They can't get a card to caregive/help you grow.

1284 says this about caregiving:

(c) A PATIENT WHO HAS DESIGNATED A PRIMARY CAREGIVER FOR
HIMSELF OR HERSELF MAY NOT BE DESIGNATED AS A PRIMARY CAREGIVER
FOR ANOTHER PATIENT

Since I am disabled, I find certain tasks to be very hard or impossible. I have people that will assist me in my daily needs, and they are willing to help with the grow as well. But I need to know what the law says about my child (still a minor) assisting in the grow area. There is also an non-related adult who may be willing to assist, would that be a problem? Thanks!
