Preferably one carbon filter per tent attached to the channel and then maybe 8 bends in the whole system. I kinda know how to account for all these factors in calculation to derive at a fan requirement value but cant help but feel that what I want is going to have a compounded effect on the fan requirement........hence I ask for other peoples opinions on the matter....

Help please..
Well, if I was you, I would place them together and cut a piece a say 3 ft by 6 ft out of each one and take some duct tape or aluminium tape and tape both tents together. That way you will only need half the equipment, because you'll really have only one tent 8x8. Less fans, less a scrubber etc.
