Hey lads,

How are ye? I have a medical on Monday which is 3 days from now. I had a little smoke last Sunday after a few drinks. The weed waas most likely pure crap as we don't get any good stuff in Ireland.

I had a smoke about 2 weeks before that and passed another medical for another job about 10 days after the first smoke. I did a home drugs test last tuesday and passed with faint lines. It was about 3 years since my last smoke before the one I first had about 2 1/2 weeks ago now. So it will be 7-8 days from my 2nd smoke in 3 years to the test on Monday. Will I be OK?

Only way to know for sure is to test yourself again. Use the first urination of the day as it contains the highest concentration of THCA. If you can pass the home test, you'll be fine to pass the lab test.

The assays used by the labs for the initial screening are no more accurate or reliable than the home test kits (being assays themselves).

I'll be doing one the morning before the actual test.

Instead of doing one on the morning of the U/A, you need to do it at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A (using the first mornings void, as Diege advised). That way if you do test positive (no line at all in the T region), you can begin your creatine-loading right then and there in preparations to use the Dilution method, since it takes 2-3 days for the body to convert the creatine into creatinine (the end waste product thats found in the urine). Cheers lads, I did a test this morning and my medical is day after tomorrow. There was a very very faint line. I pissed about 4 am but forgot to test then so I tested about 7 am and that's what I got.
I'm gonna sub! If I get the clean sample about an hour before the medical is there any need to heat it up? Or can I just stick it in my pants and it'll keeP?
