i smoke alot and it is really good.... i am 6' and 185lbs and extremely fit.. like maybe 3-4 percent bodyfat
if i drink water until my pee is crystal clear will i pass every time?

If they run a validity check on the sample that includes creatinine and specific gravity, the chances of the sample passing are virtually non-existent.

With validity checks in place, color is the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted urine sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below the acceptable ranges for creatinine and SG, and thus be ruled "too dilute" .
