There is a good post in here about harvesting and drying....I think LetsSeeya has a good method, dries them until the branches will snap off then pick off the buds, trim the big leaves, and put the bud in containers, opening the lid and letting them "burp" once a day. I think he said to do that for up to 2 weeks to get the harshness out of the bud. I have never done that before but plan on trying it this year with alot of mine. I used to just hang them to dry until I thought they were dry.
