Susana Martinez, the republican candidate from Las Cruces definitly opposes the marijuana law, and in public lectures has mentioned that she will oppose it once in office. I'm sure it will be difficult because the state is represented by more democrats. However, Denish has made some negative comments about the medical use law as well.
