first grow 5weeks flower
any kind of stress can induce hermies, but the most common form of stress which causes hermies is light leaks.
"Hermies" is short for hermaphroditic flowers, which will produce pollen of only X chromosomes. This is how you make feminized seeds.
So if you have some light leaking in at that lights off period (anything more bright than a full moon normally), this can cause plants that would normally not hermy, to do so. However, if you grew this from bag seed, or the strain is not stable, hermaphroditic flowers can be genotypical (or caused by genes alone), and there's nothing you can do to stop them from appearing.
What you can always do though, is closely inspect your bud sites every day. Most hermies will form at the base of a bud site, most often nearest the stem of the node that bud formed out of. So look for them. They are a very light green color at first, and within a day or two become yellow banna looking things that eventually release pollen.
Tweezers and a magnifying glass are best for getting them before they mature.
Goodluck. Oh, and also, you can spray a light mist of just plain water around the area you are checking for hermies, this will reduce the spread of pollen, but be careful not to spray your budsites.
