dryed out white rhino.. help..!!!

hey can any1 advise me on my white rhinos they are 5 weeks old an just got back from a short break of 2 days to find my extractor had stopped working within my grow tent. an the temp was in the 90s when checked them. they were perfectly healthy when i left ,very dark green leaves ,now they have gone VERY light in colour and look really dryed out asif the life been sucked out of them with a tiny bit of shine on top ones but only slightly. will the leaves repair them selves an go back to normal/colour.or are my plants dying from roots burned or owt.. if so how could i tell. i have just pust them into flower today aswell should i have waited or is this likely to help with less light? but i also started these plants just in a bedroom then moved them into a tent could this be problem? they just look an feel really dry an lifeless.. this is first time i have grown hydrponically also , so any advice on watering times , how often hw long.,i have been letting the pump run every 2 hours for 15 mins while light is on is this correct.. or do i let the pump run when lights off ? any advice would be appreciated thanks.. an sorry bowt the long essay

i no longer need info on pumps people thanx... but the plants has a bit of a improvement in colour .i think today.. but have spotted little like holes in some of leafs wiv like golden brown dryed out edges of the holes .. so is this deffo temp related / humidity??? .. an i knw white rhino has tendensy to droop as they are very bushy but my lower shade leafs are drooping an they are greenest in colour .. they confusing me !!! never done rhino before so dont know what really goin on coz they are very different to anyother plant i done.. any help appreciated thanx.. i will get some pics put on 2mrw aswel.
