As an aside, my experiences with DC cops was always mellow. I think that they see so much REAL violent CRIME that they don't fret overly much over something like a little bud. Maybe I was just lucky, but I've had them walk by me when I was smoking in a public park, say hello and never even mention it. Also, I think pot is fairly well decriminalized in DC, if I remember correctly.

The officer said he saw me go around the corner but he didn't see me drop the weed and it was a good 10 ft away from me. For those who don't know I live Mont. County MD, one of the richest counties in the country, and police are so bloodthirsty to lock people up.
