I swim almost every morning. It's Good fun. I hurt my back a few years ago, have missing disc's and bones fusing toegther. So being in the water helps. I have lost weight from just swimming and not even hardcore swimming, just wadding from end to end and doing some light swimming does wonders.
I would also add keeping healthy foods in your cupboards. As a stoner I get the munchies hardcore sometimes and keeping healthy food around helps alot.Triscuits, hummus, fruits and stuff.
