heres a tip dont be lazy get a gym membership,if you are over weight and dont want people judging you go early in the mourning exercize,use light weights and do lots of cardio,eat 6 small meals a day cut back on the sugar big time,and try xenidrene it works! my brother lost 30+ pounds over a year span using it,dont expect miracles to happen,and aim to lose 2-3 pounds per week,anything more is unhealthy,and will leave you with excess skin... the tv show big loser and losing it with jillian,that is a stupid ass way to lose weight and can hurt you in the long run...
