3 to 5 days is normal. Keep the temps up to 78-85 degrees. Next time...only plant them 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep...

Being deeper might slow things down?...don't let the soil compact or dry out. I keep the soil moist with a mist spray bottle.

Enjoy your grow.
Dutch Pimp Reviewed by Dutch Pimp on . How long should it take for seedlings to be visable? Hi, I've germinated my seeds and planted them in small containers. Now I'm wondering how often I should water them and how long it should take for them to break the surface (they were planted about an inch deep)? Is there anything else I should be doing at this stage to help them along? Rating: 5
