Single caregiver warehouse zoning question
I know that there are lots of zoning regulations for OPCL's and MMC's but my question is would having a small warehouse for myself and 4 patients be exempt from those as off now? I was thinking since its fine to grow for up to 5 patients in your home "residential" as a primary caregiver than it must be fine to grow anywhere else too (besides near schools). Any input on this would be great.
I have a friend that would like to lease me a small warehouse for quite a steal. Since I have had to reduce my plant numbers significantly but still have 20 lights and other equipment that it might be cool to run 2 7 plant rooms with 8k to 10k watts per room as well. I realize that I might have extra meds during the week of harvest and that is my cross to bear but besides that do you see anything else wrong with that idea?

Single caregiver warehouse zoning question
Everyone goes over the max during harvest, but it hasn't been an issue....yet :wtf:.
As long as you are under the 5 patient, 1284 should have almost no effect on you. If you are the caregiver, then no one else can be your caregiver. Run a doubleds system, vertical light rdwc and you should be set.
I would suggest reading the law as well.Trim Reaper for Rent. Look for me on Craigslist.

Single caregiver warehouse zoning question
I have went over the law many times but every time I do I interpret it a little differently lol. As far as this question goes I just wanted to see what others thought about it so thanks for your input so far cannaguy.
If I were to do this I would be using the UC13's for sure
Thanks,

Single caregiver warehouse zoning question
Check with your local building department and tell them exactly what you are doing. All commercial buildings require fire marshall inspections periodically where they walk through and inspect your facility regardless of what type of business you are operating. They just pop up unannounced because of the commercial and industrial zoning status. Be transparent and you will not have anything to hide. I sure hope your five patients purchase enough meds every month to meet rent on the space, utilities, labor, ferts, etc..... I experienced this dilema you are in a couple months ago. Good luck.
