Single caregiver warehouse zoning question
I know that there are lots of zoning regulations for OPCL's and MMC's but my question is would having a small warehouse for myself and 4 patients be exempt from those as off now? I was thinking since its fine to grow for up to 5 patients in your home "residential" as a primary caregiver than it must be fine to grow anywhere else too (besides near schools). Any input on this would be great.
I have a friend that would like to lease me a small warehouse for quite a steal. Since I have had to reduce my plant numbers significantly but still have 20 lights and other equipment that it might be cool to run 2 7 plant rooms with 8k to 10k watts per room as well. I realize that I might have extra meds during the week of harvest and that is my cross to bear but besides that do you see anything else wrong with that idea?
