A little overwhelmed.
Dr. Alvord is FAR from a "doc in a box," and Sentry is a highly reputable authorization organization with great support services.

I've had chronic shin splints for the past three years (this is where the muscle attached to your front shin bone starts to tear apart from it for whatever reason). When I first got them, I went to my doctor and he said there was nothing medically that they could do about it. I just needed to lower my sodium intake and increase water and potassium.
