Have ya set yer local forum to the DC area ? That might help ya find someone in DC,that can help ya. I have a theory,and I hope it doesn't offend anyone,but I believe that you could go to a gay bar and find some good smoke,my theory is,is that there are few narcs,that want to pose as gay folks,in order to bust gay people. I ain't no city-slicker..so I could be wrong..but I figure gay folks like weed just as much as the next feller. Good luck !
