From the email you received back, I would say you have 60 days from August 30, 2010 (your rejection letter date) to resubmit your application. I would also include a copy of the email you mentioned above and their rejection letter in your resubmission packet.

COzigzag Reviewed by COzigzag on . Rejection question... Ok so the State rejected my application due notary's mistake. The state sent all of my info back with a new application saying to corret the mistake and send the app back. so what about the 60day period from when the doc signs it and you send it in? i saw the doc 5-4-10 and they opened my info in 6-14-10 but i got everything back in the mail today(the letter they sent back is post marked 8-30-10).
