They rejected my 75 year old mother because she didnt include a photo ID of her caregiver although she mailed it before they implemented that rule. Took them 2 months to send it back so the doctor recommendation was no longer valid. This was about the same time the DOH was telling the media the average card holder was 21 year old males.

The state sent all of my info back with a new application saying to corret the mistake and send the app back. so what about the 60day period from when the doc signs it and you send it in? i saw the doc 5-4-10 and they opened my info in 6-14-10 but i got everything back in the mail today(the letter they sent back is post marked 8-30-10).
