Plants are guzzling water?
Do you really have to worry about root rot when plant wont be in flower for hardly long enough for it to start? I've experienced root rot when growing outside but not since growing indoors. I use eb and flow now but was using soil up until now. My sativa I have in now in in wk 7 of flower and looks like she might go 10 before she is done. She is about 41/2 ft tall and in 5gal bucket. She is drinking about a galon and a 1/4 every other day.:rasta:

I have 4 ladies in a 2dx4wx4h under 330 actual watts of cfl and 128 actual watts of t8 4' tubes for a total of 458watts and they have been doing nicely for my first grow. My question is, I am in my 5th week of flower and have been watering 1 1/2-2 quarts every 2-3 days. I check the soil with my finger before watering. All of a sudden, my ladies started taking in 1 1/2-2 quarts a day! Is this normal? Again, the plants seem healthy and temps don't get higher than the low 80's. Buds are getting Rating: 5
