To link his death and the police action seems a non sequitur to me. I'm not a doctor, but I think Mr. Agro died of a heart attack because he was obese and old, not because of his encounter with police a week prior to his death.

I'll second releaf - wow! you don't think terrorist cops with ski masks tearing your home apart would cause a stress level high enough to trigger a heart attack? man hi-pop you need a big dose of compassion. you probably don't understand how this could be tied together because you have no heart!!!

Oh, get off your high horses. I'm simply stating the obvious! The major risk factors for heart disease are lack of physical activity, smoking, obesity, high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol. I don't know the man, but he appears to be morbidly obese. Men of his age and general health condition die every day of heart attacks. I'll paraphrase one of my favorite drug dealers, "That's a hard motherfucking fact of life, but one your ass is going to have to get realistic about." He died because he was fat and old. Call me heartless, but I'm speaking unvarnished truth here. Those who attribute his death to the police and not to his own behavior are obscuring it, in the interest of advancing a cause we all advocate. Caveat lector.

I don't think any one is attribuating his death to the raid but for god's sake he sure as hell did not need any more stress in his life and all he wanted was to help other sick people get thier medicine..and for the record I am only a few years younger then him and have had 5 back surgries..now fused back with pins..daibetis, high blood pressure..right arm was pulled out of socket by therapist and tore my arm so bad I can't raise it past shoulder level...and thats just the beggining..and had a by-pass....and all I myself want to do is see people get what they need to assist with thier illness's.
one thing I have learned in my years is compassion.
    respectfully noted.

Woody was harsh as hell himself, particularly when truth needed to be spoken to power. I'm such a huge fan of the man I made a custom bumper sticker for my vehicle to let all the scabs and pigs know where I stand. If you see this sticker, it's me:
