Time to trim?
Wow, that's a real nice bush you got goin there!! lol... Looks like you're def going to have some issues with them getting burned on the side-lights if you don't trim them back...duh..thus the reason for this thread, right? =) I'd start just by trimming anything on the sides that is close to the lights and then just start inside the plant and work your way out, thinning it so you can see into the middle without having to push bush aside - take out the smaller sized fan leaves first and leave the bigger ones if you can (tuck them down so the buds aren't completely covered by foliage). At this point in flowering, I wouldn't be too concerned about nute burn by looks of that leaf - maybe change your nute schedule to use nutes every other watering and watch for it getting worse or better... hope that helps.
