Block IR Infra Red barrier for floor?
reflecting light from the floor has no benefits unless your plants are sitting directly on the floor.even then the amount reflected back would be minuscule compared to just moving your light[s] just one inch closer to the plants. btw,imho you should NEVER sit your pots directly on concrete,the concrete may lower the temps of your medium leading to slowed growth.
