If you put them in jars before drying, your going to be more sad than you are now when they all turn moldy. You need to dry for about 4 -5 days (depending on your environment) before you go into the final dry/cure with the jars.

I tried every thing to keep them from snapping, stakes, string, and even netting them, nothing worked. I have a 1 gallon mason jar filled to the top with just 1 of my trainwrecks and another mason jar and a half with the other. I'm sad I had to harvest them a week early.:( Rating: 5
