However ... the man don't see it that way, I'm afraid. Caregivers are not licensed to consume marijuana, only to help the patient produce or obtain herb for the patient's use. Theoretically, one caregiver could work with more than one patient, but I don't think they could form a co-op. After all, the personal production license specifies that you can only grow at your residence. So ... unless everybody wants to move in together, no can grow together.

That's my interpretation, anyway. If you can figure out a way around the restrictions, I've got lots of space - both indoors and outdoors... :hippy:
I am not sure on this but IF the caregiver also had a patients lic I think they could partake. What I was thinking was that he or she could have 5 people that are using their services and work something out.

I was thinking about caregivers and growing As I read what a caregiver can do is help in the growing of your meds.So what I was wondering about is can the producers be caretakers of 5 patients and help them grow there meds.If they get lic as caregivers? And as far as payment for there services get a" cut" from your crop. Not sure if that is possible The other thing is if a licensed caregiver can Help 5 different people grow and work something out as payment for services? My head is just Rating: 5
