You have something set to private. It says "Sorry, but user has chosen a privacy setting that prevents you from viewing this information" when I click the Y. Under privacy setting, do you have contact info set to something other than everyone?

Oh you were right I have it set to friends but I think Ill leave it like that. you are on my list if you want

Yeah I can see it now. For some reason when I first clicked on it, it just refreshed and took me to the top of the page. Had to close out brower and start over.
