warren: Posted on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 5:46 PM
We, Kumin Sommers LLP, need
1) Tax payers
2) MMJ Patients
3) People who actually were around to vote for Amendment 20
4) Dispensary owners who have potentially been damaged by CDPHE's inability to tell you if you are the primary caregiver or currently the primary MMC for a patient.
If you are interested in potentially joining a class action law suit seeking an injunction against the Governor's attempt to move $9,000,000 from the patients fund to the General fund.
Please send an email to [email protected] leaving us your contact information and which of the above listed qualifications applies to you. Ideally we want people who fit all 4.

possible class action law suit..
I find this ridiculous. People assume that MMJ laws will be around forever. Want to get more people on-board? Make the cities and the state dependent on the revenue and income. Make the fees and taxes high enough that they are using the money for everything. Before you know it, it'll be decriminalized and de-stigmatized.
We all know who wins in a class action lawsuit, and it ain't the plaintiffs or the defendants.

No but I feel like the state needs to be held accountable, to their own laws..I mean they are a law right?? I don't want them taking money out of any other public programs to fund the mmj program. Nor do I want the funds that should be appropriated to getting this program some organization, used for anything else.. Do you not find it ridiculous that it takes 7+months to receive a state issued ID (which btw doesn't even have a photo to verify whether it's you or not).. People are still being issued citations for mmj with a recommendation because there is no 24 hour verification.. I understand your point completely about the lawyers being the ones that come out on top..but what do you expect he helped draft A20.. :rastasmoke:
after the medical marijuana program has it's kinks worked out, then let's use that money for other reasons.. I mean they've been using my tax dollars to prosecute me for my choice of medicine for sometime now..I'd like to see them go towards the people for once..
