its easy. A few chart notes from recent dr. visits ( no older than 2-3 years i think?) explaining your illness or ailment or treatment for it is all that most places ask for. Doesn't hurt to have more records though you never know when you might need papers. :stoned:

I;m moving to seattle WA in 6 weeks from Milwaukee, WI. Here we have no MMJ laws and I have severe chronic pain, because of which I have been on various narcotics for 2 years. Of course, now im addicted and working at weaning off in preparation for my move. I used to use MJ recreationally prior to my accident, but because of state laws, my pain management clinic drug tests me and I had to stop smoking. I Rating: 5
