WW sprayed with cologne

Yesterday i got some white widow from a friend (free). the weird thing is that is smells like cologne.

now a few weeks prior when he first got it, it smelled super skunky and i mentioned "damn thats hella skunky, should be good!"

i guess him being a newb (just gets whatever his friends give him or suggest to him) that he took "skunky" as a bad thing and sprayed it down with his cologne.

my question, is it still good? it looks good, im airing out the stuff he gave me, but is it safe?
