Are private sales still legal?

MMC's don't even have time to let their growers 'consult' on a private basis. You would be astounded at the price I would pay to pick someone's brain who has experience.

Can a caregiver still sell to a patient that they are not a caregiver for? Can a caregiver still sell to a dispensary? Sorry if this issue has been beaten to death. Rating: 5
