I truly dont know if it will work, but traditionally soapy water has done wonders for other plants in terms of getting rid of bugs. You sure you dont have a garden center or a home depot in your area? Walmart even has tons of chemicals maybe even natural stuff that could work. Neem oil is what you need. My friend swears by it as a soil grower. I believe he is even using it to pretreat his soil before grows so that the spider mites cant start. I believe this stuff is really what you need so the better solution maybe be to figure out a way to get your hands on this stuff instead of trying to find a way to not use it. I think it's 10 bucks a quart. Ebay, walmart, home depot, garden center, head shop, feed and seed farm store, these are the places likely to carry this stuff.
