My Will I pass scenario

So I have to take a pre-emplyment drug test (the kicker is they didn't exactly say when I have to take it, but they already gave me the form to go get it done, training starts on the 13th). I thought that I didnt get the job b/c I hadnt heard from them in over a week after they told me i would have. so I smoked last wednesday night, and and the smallest amount last thurs morning (like .1-.2 of g, max) then I got the call that day saying to come pick up the drug test form. Before then I hadn't smoked in 7-9 days as i was anticipating getting the job, and in the last 30 days or so I'd say I've only smoked 5-6 times, spaced out. I was a regular smoker for the last 2 years up until june, when I began smoking more sporadically, taking a week off here, and there. I took a home test 72 hours after i last smoked, and it produced a negative so faint, that I'm questioning whether it was actually neg, but I did see a line, and it wasnt me hoping. I took the test with the 1st void of the day to get a worst case scenario picture.

I'm 6'2, 240, have somewhat of a belly, but otherwise in decent shape.
For the last two years up until june I was regularly at the gym, and after that the job I had required a lot of walking, and it was outside in the summer heat. Also, I have been drinking Muscle Milk shakes all of 2010 which is a protein shake, but also speeds up your metabolism and burns fat. In addition, I've always been an avid water drinker, getting at least 64oz a day, and I'm a big tea drinker (hot and iced, one or the other everyday, iced as it's summer now, and a lot of it as I hate soda). I've been trying flush my system since I got the call and I've also been taking fiber for the last few days to help expel thc as well.

So I guess my questions are, A) will I pass with 5 or 6 days from my last smoke, and using decent dillution method, and B) was my neg so faint due to the proximity of my last smoke, and not due to my past usage?

I guess a 3rd question would also be, how long would you think I could push off taking the test, as they didn'd set an exact date for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you are not fat/overweight, I'm confident you will pass if you take the test in 6 days. Take a home test again to be sure.

You faint negative is likely due to your recent smoking, not the smoking you've done prior to June or before you started interviewing for the job.

here's new info for who ever is viewing.

I took another test a short while ago (6:45p, or 50mins ago), and got a line that was a little less faint than the last test, but still really faint, the factors are: I didn't have time to dilute, I drank my normal amount of liquids ( two 8oz cups of coffee, a 20oz gatorade, and around 16oz of tea), and I should note that on this test my control was definitely more faint than the control of the last test, meaning there was less shades of difference between lines on the second test than on the first. Tomorrow I'll definitely be on my dilution game.

Here are some pics of the test, and I will say the result was easier to see in person, and the line did seem to fade a little as it got farther from the 10mins, but again I'll say im not reaching for results, I'm planning for the worst.

I'd push it back as long as possible. I was also neg last 3 days (very very similar looking results to yours) and tested myself tonight and I was positive.
Have been doing the fat loading thing for last day or 2 so curious what went wrong......

Unfortunately, I had to take it today. I followed N2's dilution method, subbing gatorade for water, and I didn't take as many of the B complexes as it said, I only took 2, but it was plenty yellow enough come time. The only thing I'm worried about is that my last liquid intake was almost 2hrs (probably just under 1 hr 45mins) before i got to take the test due to the distance of the facility, and the wait at the facility, and I was holding it in for like 30-45mins, but I tried to anticipate that by drinking a few extra ounces on my way out of the door. It's all up to fate now though. I'll post the results when I have them.

I should also mention that my all my voids before leaving were really clear, darkening slightly after the B complex was taking effect (i hope thats what it was, lol)

PASSED!!! and was officially offered the job today!!!!!!!!!! Big thanks to N2's dilution method, and take my advice, sub water for gatorade, and eat red meat everyday for the few days before, I believe those helped me a lot with not having to take supplements and only having to take 2 b complex vitamins
