Temp Question
I was just wondering some thoughts on directly isolating the light from the plants by placing a piece of glass between it and the plants then moving the plants to the lights or vis versa when needed... This would be done in a 4x4 box with a obviously a 4x4 piece of glass placed under the light then a fan used to suck the heat from this chamber? Thanks in advance for and replys or comments on the idea

Temp Question
(click here) If you notice, in my growroom I use plexiglass (from Home Depot) since it's lighter and I can cut-n-drill the stuff for easier hanging and adjusting. Just don't let the fan blow the heat down twords the plants, and don't get it close enough to melt the plexiglass. And yes, it's effective.
When drilling plexiglass, go slow or it will crack. Thicker is better. Avoid scratching it too much, but keep it clean.
