Funny how Finland is a much better country than the States however you cut it, and yet socialism is considered the supreme evil. Perhaps they lack the zeal to keep their government's hands off their damn medicare. I sincerely hope that the obese Texans who kept health care costing an arm and a leg for so many years went to their heart-disease related deaths comforted by the idea that at least none of their taxes went towards helping sick people, only blowing people up across the Middle East.

If we're talking saving spending, how about America dismantles just a few of its many many superfluous army bases across the world that solely exist to intimidate? Or take a five-minute look at Israel's human rights record and cut them off from the billions of dollars of unsupervised aid they send every year? There are dozens of ways to save money without keeping the impoverished sick paying huge bills for their illnesses.
