Is NM a good state to relocate to for a personal med grower?

Any state with a semblance of protection is a good choice.

As long as you don't make any noise "plant counts" can be fudged here and there because, um, nobody is coming to check on what yer doin unless yer doin something very obvious.

At least that's how we work it here.

I agree i fudge a little also. This is a good state if you plan on growing only but if you are looking to buy from the producers well then i would suggest elsewere. We normally dont have enough meds for the paitents we have now. I grow my own and dont buy from the producers and i am pleased. I wish the plant count was a little higher but i guess we cant have everything.
