1st time growing hydro...??

So I've been doing some crazy research on growing hyrdo. I have my setup ready so all I need is the nutrients, seeds, and growing mediums (rockwool starter cubes and hydroton pebbles. The only issue I have is what nutrients should I use?? Any info will help. Thanks

I would start with one of the more proven ones, and possibly the most common one.... General Hydroponics 3 part.

General Hydroponics nutes are straight forward, easy to use and readily available. The 123 formula is the simplist, which is posted on the FAQ page or just use what is on label.

Sweet. So I bought the GH 3 prt and its on its way. I am using a rubbermaid storage bin with 3 5" mesh/net baskets inserted in the top on the lid. I have a oxygen pump and am going to get the oxy stones tomorrow. Do I need a water pump?? Also, I have two 26" flourescent light fixtures inside my tent in the basement...Is MH/HPS light with fixture and ballast necessary? 1 more thing...ventilation...is it necessary?

dont forget you need a ppm/ec meter
