Private messages. Remove the 1 mintue wait thing between searches. Maybe some trophy awards for x amount of posts and rep. Internal chat function. Maybe a section for UK law as its very different from american. And make the grow section of the forum bigger on the forum homepage. Its all the way at the bottom almost where it can be missed !!!! Also I wouldn't mind giving up my photo album bandwidth to have signature attachments turned on so we can display banners etc.
