Bulges in stems HELP

Ok so i've got bulges in the stem right where leaves or the new buds are meeting the stem and theres brown crusty sand like stuff stuck to the outside. when i scrape it off theres a small hole inside.

some of the fan leaves have begun to split on their stems and i don't think this is good. definitely want to save my plants if possible, someone help!

stop scraping those bulges. they are just the plant mending itself from the weight of the bud pulling down on your stem.

No... its not. I know what you're talking about and it's not even close.

Definitely got "THC" worms. I cut off the top off a cola including some of the stem, the brown is the waste product that I found inside the stem as well as on the outsides of the holes the worms bored into my plant.

Is there any way to stop this? Or are my plants doomed
